In the Night
In the night, I stir and find my place in front of the television. I watch the infinity in space, in the newest Star Trek, and the vastness of Africa, in the recent Tarzan. The movement of Tarzan was almost mystical. It was the perfect movement of the body of man and the teachings of ape. Both served a purpose for me to see me. I have been tied to the moon and stars from birth, and as a baby, sitting at night on the beach at Waikiki all by myself, looking up, I could see the mirage. It is there to make us believe and conceive of destiny. The beasts of the Earth are there to help us find our humanity and empathy. Maybe now I play in between and am ready to commence deeper into the eye of gorilla and galaxy, simultaneously. Space presents itself in degree and in imagery. Creation presents itself in the strong wingspan of eagle and the purr of gorilla my way this week. I am becoming free to be beyond analogy. The theme from "Moana" plays as I play with these imageries. It is just so Hawaii.
