Water Difficulty

Moisture all around me. Our water has backed up twice this week where I stay. It happened again last night. I also spilled pop in my backpack and got all of my papers and even a CD soaked. I just dry everything off and move forward. Who knows how deep the problem goes? I believe others can see.
