Your department has refused to notice and respond to the new immigrants and nationalities in this community and to draw on their expertise. Hindus are a biggy. They flood downtown at this time, and are offended by street African Americans in the vicinity. If low income or hobo African Americans are flooding Nicollet Mall, especially, MOVE THEM ALONG. We almost had a full on ability riot after the All Star game. Instead of taking care of that matter, your officers (primary on bikes) were all over me with sheriff officers as well. I just notice law enforcement intuitively, and look up as you all pass by. The numbers are atrocious. Let's work together and get yourself down to the Islamic Center in NE MPLS and talk to THE MALES only, and ask if there is anything that they need. They are right next to a liquor store. It was probably not good zoning. It is right up from 2nd precinct. Please give them an actual community police outreach officer number, for them and only them, to keep the peace. I need to not be asked to do your job, but you are not a friend to me, and I will continue to pull on the threads of my lineage and internationals flooding especially the bus lines. I think that you probably need some sensitivity training so that you can verbalize things properly without being dorogatory toward anyone concerned.
