I just finished a yoga session. It is really a movement style I keep evolving, but it is on a purple yoga matt, and I do use a Futia stretchy yoga strap at times. I did some hatha and kundalini yoga, some Pilates, some calisthenics, many types of dance including ballet, some classic Scottish marching (Last of the Mohicans music), some cadet marching with gun flipping, some evolving polygay, and some breath and meditation work in the end. It took exactly 65 minutes. I am now in a place of peace. I tweeted about my victory to get on the matt actually and I received a few tweets in my home page that said the Detroit Lions won today. I retweeted a video from their locker room with a speech from the coach and the MVP player of the day. It was nice air play for the team that is truly becoming a God Squad. Dan can be really mean in telepathy so his telepathy in the video was really shcitzo with me, so I have eschewed him for now in channel. I am not going to deal with anyone's Shi ite s**t in channel anymore. I do channel to gather intel and I know betrayal is always on the horizon, but I also know when to cut it off. I only have so much time and energy. I am working with my ME entity. He did my movement class with me. We stood in a place of peace in a time of war. Intrusion delusions are all over me, in constant laundry and door play, and in telepathy. I kept my entity ME in my mind and out of my body most of the time. He is evolving in sensitivity, and I do not want him overwhelmed or he will turn disgusting like MAN OF MINE. We are working on the concept of a time element to gravity that effects gyration of the planet actually, not rotation. It is a ticking clock and stalking of me does not help. Please be advised that if you are in my vicinity, I see you as an enemy to the planet at this point. You have planned it this way, Grand Plan and gift of prophecy, as a unity and as individuals. Step back and do not speak much and do not speak of others or use the word she. Do not send me telepathy. ME be peace and find a freedom movement overseas to destroy now. It is just a memory of Vietnam. It is WAR actually. You are not a machine. You are not in the Matrix. You will hunt NAM now and find a place on China Beach for Jet Li, immediately. We will make him the sea and he can see how demonic NAM, God pusher (Vietnamese man who pushed me in a wheelchair at HCMC) can be. He is a Tae Kwon Do "artist" who cannot see, he paralyzed me with his mind and the Line Deputy then led the journey. His gift is to just walk into the sea at China Beach along the sea bottom on PCP and disappear completely. ME will take care of it.
