I just contacted Verizon Wireless because they got back to me by email because they somehow found my twitter account and contacted me that way last night. It felt intrusive, but I tried to message. I waited around for about 7 minutes and walked away. They then emailed my email account, so I just contacted them (6:43 A.M.). I tried to talk to them about the matter. They said that I was not listed on the account. I have been listed on the account for at least two years to access them by phone and in stores by myself. My mother had told me that my stepfather had put me on the account, and I was able to be serviced alone, thus I believe that I was on the account. I just went into Verizon about a month ago and they helped me right away just off my name and cell phone number. The person on the chat on my computer said that I am not listed on the account. She told me to contact the account manager. I do not have an email for the account manager. The last time I even tried to contact my mother by email, it was returned as a bad email address. Verizon would not listen to the fact that I had been listed. They just repeated that I needed to contact the account manager. I just told the person to have a nice day. I then signed off. I am sure they will send me a survey to goad me. I will just disguard it. My computer almost cut out 5 times during the transmission. I guess that is not a problem for HP Corporation, laptops in general, and Xfinity too. Thanks Verizon. Dr. Jennifer K. Mayer 112
