The Storm that is CHANTAL

It is a tropical storm named Chantal. There was a death in the 1029 BAR community. It was a bubbly, light, beautiful server ("bar whench") who died a few weeks ago. She IS that powerful, Gulf Coast. It is named for HER and her only. Identical is not exact, she chose her time and space and place. Watching over the time and space, her beautiful face may be a bit Kate Middleton today.
