Maybe it Was the JAPANESE on the Wall

I rode to Old Chicago on the bus and I looked out the window after a few sprinkles. The sun was shining, and for the first time in my life I saw a FULL rainbow. It actually was double arrays, but not a double rainbow. There was no space. It was magnificent. This week, Monday through Thurs, the "defense department" is running special ops "drills" all over downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. My intuition says Air Force Academy intel and portalling drill.
