Perfect Pita Pit

I made it to Pita Pit in the Mall of America. I had the Philly Cheese Steak. It was nummy nummy nummy, and kept me full for a great period of time. The staff was delightful. We chatted about the company a bit before I sat down. They put this CHipolte sauce on it that was just the perfect spice. It was fun to be at the mall for a bit, and I ran into this man who works there in the food areas. I see him pretty much every time I go, and I make sure I say hello. I view him as POETRY in an altered state. I hope he sees me as the same.
