I am judiciary since Waikiki. I am JAG, NAVY and ARMY, and a Federal Military Judge, from birth, because I am an Army General. I am world court judge because I am a World General. Law is a trade, not a profession, actually. I saw that at Waikiki, where I was a Line Deputy as a baby. I knew to stay out of the industry. I knew to not get paid for my work in DOC or Judiciary/ law. DOC work I will be paid great back pay, but law is not a profession thus my pro bono will take out that sex trade. It is a lot of chicanery. Most of law is just what you see on TV. Trials seldomly occur. Jails are real. There are only a few processing centers. Jails are county. All city offenders come to county jails (via sheriff deputies), and if put in penitentiary, it is done at a state level. Federal prisoners are also brought through the county jail system and then they are tried in federal courtrooms. County court rooms are for county prisoners. Judges are elected, but chosen by the BAR ASSOCIATION. Federal judges are appointed. Attorneys and bail bondsmen are well paid. Judges are too. It is an industry, and all are pompous, use drugs to be in court, and believe they are on TV, actually. In Indiana, I was there to observe the most heinous offenders in history, and heinous judiciary and attorney offenders in history, as well. I am LAW AND ORDER. I became a parole officer there to male sex offenders (of all race), and head of PROBATION, internationally, that is actually tracked by the U.S. Navy and always has been. Parole Boards do not exist. I did serve as a criminal law attorney in the sex offender court in Indianapolis, IN (Marion County) behind Eli Lily. I evacuated Eli Lily that day, to prevent explosion, by trying a case up there against Will VanBank of the CIA. It was a change of Venue from Delaware County. He had also gotten into Eli Lilly with fake credentials as a fake chemist. He was not under CIA jurisdiction there. I did care. The judge tried to go ex parte with me, but I refused, and I dealt with federal judge, Judge Collins, who was placed in Marion County courtroom 8, after court. I personally spoke to her about it in her office about 1.5 miles away, and she took care of it. She was a psychiatric nurse at Wishard County Hospital and head Juggalo for ICP. All the judges I dealt with in Marion County were federal. Dick Cheney set that up after a snaffu in Muncie, IN, where they took me in illegally, for nothing, went over processing center times, and lost all federal efficacy of the violent offenders there who were international stalkers of him and President Bush. They were guilty and were let go because they were held too long like me. Out of the torture I endured there, I took down their internet and whole file system, mystically, by having to cage my rage and be very quiet and polite all night. I kept them all calm. It was very disturbing. The guards were far too turned on when they asked me the traditional questions. It was disgusting. They knew I was head DOC Chief from birth, and did not care. They needed to get me out of there and put me in federal protection immediately against Dick Cheney. He was out of control. He had lost his soul. My JAG case in Muncie, IN, was Navy. It was Michael D. Wilson, NAVY SEAL TEAM ONE. My Army JAG case in Indianapolis was U.S. Army Ranger sharpshooter Tony Thornberg. I worked with them in community. For Wilson it was housing, and for Thornberg it was employment. I was trying to keep them out of penitentiary, thus keeping the systems discrete. Crack was a problem for both. WIlson had gotten in deep with a child pornographer. He brought me to his house one night and I just stayed calm, observed the environemnt and the set, and did dishes and cleaned the kitchen for the man. He then stayed away from me, but not Wilson. Tony was stealing cars. Tony did serve 5 days in Marion County and was brought before a judge where he just gave my name as his attorney, and he was let go. All charges were dropped. Marion County was complete obfuscation to promote further alienation of me. It had a second jail on the same street (Washington, like Washington Ave. downtown in Minneapolis, MN) that was shut down around me. It had a City/ County Bldg. It is the only one. It houses the City Hall and the County Court Rooms/ offices. Across the street is a space that has food places where attorneys, judges, bail bondsman, and liars of the criminal kind in community cohort very openly at lunchtime (and other). There they would try to prostitute me online. They would also speak ill of me, present false case data publicly, and just start fallacious rumors. It was not funny. Of course, it affected my reputation, my credibility in the community, the JAG program I was doing, and put me in heinous danger. I did get Tony a job as a chef at THE COLUMBIA CLUB which was owned at that time by Dick Cheney. I also had gotten Wilson free housing in Indy through the VFW. He had earned 14 million dollars for AMVETS in DC by being Dick Cheney's blow show show pony. These facts were just bantered about around me in Indy. Ruth Ginsberg was there one night. I was doing undercover DOC work at the jail. I read the article the next day in The Indianapolis Star. She had her black crocheted gloves on to shake hands. It is federal court VOODOO. I did try a federal Civil Rights case there, in private, with a federal judge who headed the commission. There was a secretary and court reporter there. They were white women. Dick brought him there for me to escape culpability. The judge failed and I became federal civil rights judge chief. No one else serves on civil rights matters anymore. They all walked away because of me because they were all black. It was constitutionally illegal. All the judges in Marion County around me were federal. The bail bondsman were too. The FBI even moved their headquarters out of downtown around me to escape culpability. It was good because I did not want Social Security attacked, by a bombing in that same federal building. I had to access them on occasion. None of the judges appeared more than once in front of me, except Judge Nelson who did stay solid for COURT REPORT. It was a time I would come drop by in my spare time to observe the efficacy of cases, professionalism of court procedure and Marion County staff, prisoner handling, and Judge edicate law and behavior. Judge Nelson was is Court Room 7. They thought it was funny to switch the defense and prosecution tables around me. It served me as well. It confused the predators on all sides, and they are all locked down or dead today. They had a very federally illegal FEDERAL Court Room in this Court House as well. Miranda rights were not being read in Indiana at all. I debated there with the judge who did not care. He said that Miranda rights only had to be read if one is interrogated. That is not true. It has to be read as a prisoner is cuffed to keep there knowledge especially of the right to remain silent. They also need to know that they can stop and ask for an attorney at any time. They just disregarded me. My international law degree from Hamline University is the only CONSTTUIONAL LAW degree. This makes all these judges constitutional law offenders, thus they are now judged guilty at THE HAGUE by me because the mixed military cases with civilian cases. I am trying this case today publicly to prevent war with Russia and then China, thus a whole new World Community War. They offended the integrity of the whole federal system and the efficacy of the military here and abroad. ALL THE PRISONERS in Indiana could have gone free today, if I had not published this piece with great accuracy in time. It is all checkable and THE INDY STAR knows it. Jennifer K. Mayer
