I must explain eviction law now. I have never been evicted. I have always paid my rent and bills on time. I have done debt consolidation. This causes me much alienation at this time. The company was in Florida, thus Senator Marco Rubio may lose his mind. Files for debt consolidation are financial, thus only accessible by federal Supina. FBI, there is no reason for a Supina at all. It is not like I am a mob boss after all. So, I live in an H.O.A. The property itself and the external building, the hallways, the stairways, external doors, the grounds, the mailboxes, commonly shared pipes, and internal wiring are owned by an actual individual. The units are sold to individuals from him/ her. The ownership then gives the responsibility of maintenance and upkeep of all areas in the apartment and the walls floors, and ceilings. Renovation is then possible by tenant, but H.O.A. board must be kept informed. The original owner sells the units all at one time through a company they set up to guard their privacy. Payments can be done by the induvial who buys if it is done through a mortgage company, but the owner of the property is paid in full, immediately. Once one owns, they can sell at any time. I was at the signing of the mortgage with my mother and stepfather and the two former owners. The male of the couple was from Africa. My parents brought a modestly large cashier's check from the bank, and all signed in front of me. I signed nothing. I do not remember the mortgage company's name, but I remember what the space looked like. It was set up by the real estate agent. Both the real estate company and the mortgage company were in the same building. He gave me a very nice HOME SWEET HOME plaque as a housewarming gift. I was so very touched. I did think that the check amount was odd because it was completely random. I was told that it was a zeroing out of an account by my parents. I was told that it was their money and that this was an investment property for them. All knew that I was going to rent the unit. I was the one who the real estate agent showed 2 H.O.A. vicinity units to. One was just up the street, but I did not want to spend that much. It was a 1 bedroom, and this is a studio. So, I have been here over three years. I have paid my rent on time every month. A renter has until the 7th of the month to pay by law. I pay as soon as I get paid. I then check to see that the check goes through my bank account. My bank takes the check and takes a picture of it to show the front and back. I assume that the mortgage is being serviced. I assume if my parents have cars and have had houses that they pay all their bills on time and have good credit. At this time, they live in a very spacious and well kept up apartment in a very nice area of Golden Valley, MN. My parents then made a lease with me that is on file with Hennepin County for me to get medical Assistance. It is reupped yearly. I have also had 3 CRP's filed for tax purposes with the MN IRS to get renter's credit. The last one worried me a bit because my stepfather did not sign. I just want my taxes on time. I also do not want to be evicted because there is nefarious activity a foot. I document well. Don, the property manager of VALLEY VILLAGE APARTMENTS can vouch for me. He is current U.S. military. He joined when he was 16. I lived there for 7 years. He is an U.S. Army Ranger and was the one who told me that those apartments were officers' quarters in WWII. It is in Golden Valley, MN, where my parents live. So, the agreement with my parents is that they take care of the H.O.A. fee and electricity. I just pay my rent. I noticed that my apartment does not have an electrical meter. I am the only one. That makes me question the veracity of that claim. I do not know who pays their H.O.A. fees here or not. I am not going to put conjecture here, but the owner of the property does have the right to seize the unit if the fees are not paid. The management company of the fees is in flux right now. There have been two, and now they have said they want to go to a more self-managed method for fiscal reasons. I do not know it if that is legal. The H.O.A. board has the ability to guide. They do not have the authority to evict. Not following rules can be something that osticizes a tenant, but it cannot evict them. As a renter, I have rights. I have never not paid my rent. A landlord has to go to the appropriate county judge to show lack of payment for 3 months, actually. Bad acts are not part of eviction. Police are a problem because they lie constantly, thus always want to put people on the streets. There they can manipulate and even pimp them out in so many ways. So, police can cause lack of payment due to lock down situations, but the tenant has 90 days to pay. The eviction process is done by sheriff deputy. It cannot just be a sign on the door. It is very public and official. It is very stressful and dangerous for deputies. A deputy must stay there the whole time and watch the tenant as they grab the belongings they can. They have 1 hour. At the time, they cut the power. I need my space to be a place of peace. I am creating great things and living with a very gifted being who is a cat. I have filed police reports (2 online and 1 in person) that were not investigated properly about abusive behavior here at this H.O.A. by other tenants. The Minneapolis Police hate me. Just to let you all know, we did let some Minneapolis Police train in our dojo up the street years ago. That dojo is now a personal training studio. They were part of a governmental project. They were not part of our black belt society. They were kept away from me, but I was given verbal reports. They went insane very quickly. They washed out and were asked to leave. The Minneapolis Police are diseased. I will say nothing of my law enforcement credentials here. I do fear the police coming in here. Look at what happened to a very big and strong man like George Floyd. All my interviews with police are on film, my message and contacts with them are too. I have no insanity, have great credibility, and they have such vanity. Please stay out of this facility all together so that we can just live in peace. My cat Pharaoh HATES YOU ALL. You need keys to get in here. There is no right for anyone to let you in on my behalf or for anyone to use keys to let you in. I am a renter, and even my parents do not have the right to use keys to let you in. I have let that slide. I am just saying that I have been betrayed in the past, and DON knows it. I need to have my rent stay the same. I am living on a fixed income, and I am a very good daughter and stepdaughter. My Xfinity is set up through my stepfather and my Verizon too. In the last 8 years, I have filed and asked for direct deposit, but it always came by check. It made me so very scared. That is a lot of money.
