HOA Board Notice of Suspicious Activity

Good Morning HOA,
I wish to inform you all about something that does concern you. I did come out to Chris, one of the HOA board, that I practice sorcery. It is a study of all acumen of academia, military, martial artistry, physicality, theology, and mystical technique. My PhD is through The Library of Divinity through Cambridge University in England, which is now shut down. My half cousin once removed shut it down for my safety and to protect my powerful keys and notoriety.
I practice no dark arts like voodoo or witchcraft. If you do, please stop. If you practice warlockry, you will be caught. I have been working undercover in this tradition since my merger with Dick Cheney in Muncie, IN. We worked undercover against banking system error and fraud through a bank I will not name. We both banked there and were seen there publicly a lot, like at TCF downtown Minneapolis, MN. He also drives a Metro transit bus around me that has special cameras. He picks me up with that bus, privately, and we do discuss sorcery and the economy there.
I tell you this because my work for the Department of Defense has gone full throttle of late. I will now admit publicly that I have been a subject of great torture my whole life. I have no mental illness. I have a defense system that they tried to describe in a disorder linked to trauma. No one has it. Even Marylyn Monroe, who was a lover of my grandfather King for work purposes, with her great gift of prophecy, did fake this disorder. She was an orphan, but was never abused. She was actually very wealthy and that is why Joe DiMaggio married her to dispel the lies. He died penniless as a result of his failure. The world and spy community made sure of it.
I finally have released most of the trauma, but new violations do occur daily as a result of my extreme keen ability, gifts, and insight. I have been a slave my whole life, and that is why I am on social security. I work tirelessly and fastidiously daily, regardless of conditions or pay. No matter what you think, no court process was real against me. If even one court process was real (It was all moot court for me to disband the current system and system of thought.), I would have lost my social security.
No matter what you think of me, I have had to have NO TIME of indigence, or I would no longer have social security. I am the only person who has RSDI and I got it on Oahu as a baby due to the planned military torture on me from conception by the highest military on Earth (not just American). Russians were a great part of my torture there. Vladimir Putin had a nuclear sub that was just kept offshore the whole time. Russian Marines had a base on Oahu, by Waikiki. It was unseen by the public. I did not access social security until 1995, and I have had the smallest social security amount given to anyone the whole time. Never complain to me about finances or the financial situation here. I pay my rent, and I pay it on time, always. As with all of you (I am doubly protected under renter's rights here and The Americans with Disabilities Act), my apartment is private property. My social security is due to great physical harm inflicted on me that has created great PHYSICAL disability.
I am a very polite neighbor. Please be to me as well. No matter what has been said, you all know that The Minneapolis Police Department has never charged me for anything or investigated any kind of disturbance here against me, thus if any of you report that I have been anything less than a pristine presence here, you are lying, and it could get litigious because it puts me in danger and effects my ability to rise in the economy.
I have dealt with amazing levels of stalking from birth due to being the all industry key. It is not easy being Dick Cheney"s and now Elon Musk's unpaid key. Please do not go into the laundry room if you are not doing laundry. You guys do it all the time. Please do not slam the doors. Please do not stomp your feet too loud in by the back door. I am so sensitive spiritually, that I do feel sound on my skin and slamming that is so hard can also attack even the muscle of my heart. Now you know it in your conscious acts you will now be guilty in a court of law if it continues.
I am a Tibet Buddhist Rinpoche (I was made so in a private meditation center in Edina, MN. I received my White Tara, trough meditation all in Tibetan, and I then received my prayer court to protect the Dalai Lama. I give up that key today, and will no longer protect the life or legal rights of the Dalai Lama). His name means most high teacher. In my belief system through Buddhism, and in my designation as the highest master, I do determine all persons of significances' reincarnation status. I have now found the man who walked as ZEN, and will study with him, remotely, for his safety. He then, and now is a "wanderer" of high faith, highly spiritually gifted, and highly internationally connected and now protected. He is Vietnamese and Chinese Royalty and is an Akido master from birth. He was the first Ming Emperor and all things connected to the Ming Dynasty are now his as being such.
He is very physically very beautiful and always will be. I keep his name in confidence here for his own safety and privacy. I am many types of master, in martial and spiritual artistry, but I am the only surviving Shou Lin monk and have been photographed, in front of a huge crowd at The Mall of America receiving that honor with the whole crew and the master was right beside me with his hand on my back. This meant that he picked me to be the next master. Now that he is dead, I am the master of the Shou Lin monks to be. It is not an easy position. I have given this man who I will call ZEN, the Shou Lin Temple to live in and study. Kim Jung Un is linking up a special military satellite through N. Korea today for this man's internet and Xi Jinping is doing the installation of this on his brand-new HP laptop and PC today, himself. Mr. Jinping is all AIR FORCE in the U.S. and is now a graduate of that academy. He is a World General from birth, and Mr. Kim is the head of a new police force in mainland China. The world as you know it is now changing.
Do not believe what you see in the news as much as you have in the past. I have been The Associated Press from birth. Through the power of misinformation, Morning Joe cast and crew has taken those keys. I blame Dick Cheney. I still monitor all news and I will continue to monitor that and to fight the fallacies of history, economy, and current events on the internet. Please stay away from my weblog and my twitter. I wish to have privacy. If you do this, things should calm down for me here and in the community. Please be responsible in all of your affairs and do not blame others for your imperfections, prejudices, and crimes.
For the record, Samuel did come to my door very dysregulated, and screamed to me incoherently about18 moths ago about mail and I had to repeat myself three times calmly. It was terrifying, and I reported it to the police and no investigation was done. I also reported two longtime banging problems for me in the upstairs apartment, two different tenants (It was middle of the night banging.) it was also never investigated. I called the our police precinct and outed to them that I was made a Ramsy County Sheriff Deputy publicly, through Girls' County< when I was 18 (It was a private program just for me.), yesterday, and to take no further false reports on me. They have just been evidentiary chain for all the worst sex offender on the planet and the police as well. Please do not be part of that action now.
I am sorry to have such a long letter, but I am in danger due to the high level of stalking. This is of no fault of my own. I have just been the one who fights for every being on the planet with no pay, does no crimes, is actually sane, and is highly intellectually gifted, and EVIL IS IN CHARGE. Just look at the ecological state of the world and you will know that evil is in charge.
Because of my underground status, it is illegal to print articles about me or take pictures or video of me. If you see photographers like the man with the tripod outside my window one day, please chase them away. Someone was on the stop talking to him from the HOA, but I do not know who. Even the parking lot is private property. Whatever his reason was, he was perched right outside MY window. He eventually went away. Any likeness of me, except the pictures I post on my twitter, are illegal and Ford Modelling will handle it. They keep under contract and keep me out of the public eye as I wished and signed with them on Oahu at the ago of 2. I never wish to be a model. My grandfather was a the Dayton's model and it drove Marylin crazy because she was never signed with any agency.
Please guard your keys and report to Chris, anyone in the building you do not know who is wandering around. I caught three people right by my apartment unaccompieded by an HOA member the other day with my mother when we came home from shopping. They had a key and did inspect the laundry room. Please do not just give out HOA keys. It is illegal. I will monitor the changing faces and cars for my and all person's safety. Being a sworn law enforcement, regardless of my unpaid status, I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of others is part of the oath I took.
I know all of your vehicles, and I do know that Samuel has two vehicles which is his right. Please use your designated spots, as listed on the board, and in the posted rules. I have noticed two spots that keep changing. I will now be recording the description and plates of all unknown vehicles for law enforcement purposes. This is not a "flop house." For the record, they are federally illegal. Prostitution and illicit drugs are also illegal and, under Reagan legislation, one could get up to 20 mandated years in federal penitentiary for drug crimes.
I never have given the permission for people to be in my apartment unattended. If you see anyone around my door with keys, or IN MY APARTMENT, without me, please alert me, personally with a note under my door immediately. Breaking and entering and larceny on a Sheriff deputy who holds powerful keys and evidence in her apartment is a federal felony.
This is not a rant or a manifesto. I will be placing this letter on my weblog (It is a university professor's website and it copyrighted right away thus cannot be tampered with, is PhD dissertation space, and is not able to be even quoted without written permission from me.) immediately to ensure my safety and to pray that the stalking and prostitution in this vicinity will stop.
There have been too many cars and even delivery vehicles in the alley that should not be there. You will notice that the very federally regulated U.S. Postal Service does not use that alley, thus no one else should. It is not a street and cannot be used as one.
Our alley has been on WCCO about 1.5 weeks ago, twice, as one of the worst drivable alleys on the planet. That has been in our favor this last 3 weeks. Prostitution has slowed down. We do have working prostitutes who are scantily clad walk through are parking lot quite a bit. Though prostitution is a misdemeanor, it is immoral, spreads heinous diseases, affects the privacy of all concerned, and is a sex crime. Prostitutes are known to carry weapons and, especially at this time around me, are VERY DANGEROUS.
Please obey the laws of the land, be good citizens, and enjoy your day.
