  So I talk to xfinity about my cable we brand some diagnostics. The issue is not working out but the account is solid. I did not mean to infer that my family had done anything. I just know that they have the account. I just want to say I don't know what is happening here but something happened. Thing happened. I have a free technical visit coming out tomorrow.
