Our Little Japanese Sister

Last night, I watched Our Little Sister.  It was a Japanese movie about these four sisters and their relationships with each other and with others.  It was the best foreign language film I have ever seen.  It was just so positive and loving.  I didn't even care that it was over 2 hours.  What I noticed about it, was that these 4 women were of high hierarchy, energetically and relationally.  They had tough times with other relatives and men, because they were not of their hierarchy, so these other people were nasty to these lovely ladies.  It created a situation where they just stuck, primarily, with each other and they didn't even care about marriage.  I've never seen that dynamic play out so well in a film.  I give it a 21 thumbs up!!!
