Biblical Characters
I have run into one of the regulars at Starbucks, Fridley, who I have not seen for a while. We spoke for a little bit and started looking at the realities behind the theology that we know. He has a keen mind and great boundaries. He is able to grasp that these Biblical characters were very different, in action and personality, than is presented in The Bible. I believe that this man is wise beyond his years and brilliant with anesthesia since the age of 3. I see him as a disciple alternative from Jesus's day. People would never see Christ and his crew more than once so it did not matter if the principle characters looked different. This man could straighten out their words and ship so as not to be in a position for ALL of them to be arrested. It was word of mouth that really made the story. I see this man as one who could create a cohesive line and thought for that Biblical community. He has a Platonic sense of right and wrong. The questions he asked were deep, so the meaning needed to be deeper. People were feeling something, and Christ's community was charged with answering the more disturbing calls from The Roman government. This man could write a classic epistle like no one's business, and basically state that these matters around this looming and dark man (Jesus) were no one's business. Maybe it is time for this man to break his silence and talk about the stalking that goes on around this Starbucks community. He can use the word DEMONIC in a logical way, and respect the privacy of Jesus and other Biblical characters. I will say, if provoked, he will fight back, VICIOUSLY, in print and verbally. He does not care who you were presented to be in the document that is The Bible. It was a book of diplomacy that defined lines, so that, in the here and now, Christ and his disciples could know what is the difference between right and wrong. The affairs that he rights for the police up here are Wiccan (as he was in Biblical times as well). He has been a Wiccan master from birth, and has used it to protect the privacy for those he respects. Can you hear me now?
