Baby Arlene
I just went to The Como Zoo. My main focus of the trip was to see Arlene, a new baby gorilla with her mother, Alice. At first she was leaning on the glass so it was hard to see the sweet little baby being. I just gave her some energy and then circled around and came back to try again. All of a sudden all three female gorillas began to move around with positive energy. I got to see the baby full on. I was so excited that I felt like jumping for joy. The baby clung tight to her mama as they walked to the highest point in the enclosure and then Alice and Darla went and picked a bunch of grass and came back to the cool shade to eat it without missing a beat. Shroeder, the baby daddy was lying quietly in the shade and yawning to show his huge teeth. His struck me as a pimp daddy with his stable of babes. He has three and now one new baby. Maybe he needs a new gold chain collar and a lowly buttoned shirt to really feel the part. Topped off with a fidora hat, he would be more inclined to move around. He says, "Show me the money," at this point.
